It was from a bottle of jam being taken to work that the Cowarr Country Kitchen grew from.  Relocating from  Melbourne [ The State of Victoria’s Capital city] into the Cowarr  countryside a ready market of people are ‘ starved’ for homemade kitchen product was found! Imagine if you could totally enjoy the tastes from yesteryear right there on your kitchen table.

Churchill Community Market

Churchill Community Market

The Churchill Market, organised and run by the Churchill Lions Club. The goal is to promote “Our town called Churchill” by helping to bring together the Latrobe Valley residents in the form of a Community Market. Dollars raised by the Churchill Lions Club from the market venture are intended to be directed towards other groups and those in need within the society

Having been run 11 months of the year on the third Saturday of the month [ January is not run] The Inaugural Churchill Market coincided with Churchill’s 50th anniversary celebrations on the 16th May 2015.

Come on down and visit the Churchill Community Market stalls.  Book a few in yourself.  Show off the groups you are with while donning the smile and manning the stand.

The sites are 4 m x 4 m at a cost of $10.00 per site

The Churchill Community Market happens on the third Saturday of each Month. Information and adds are found in various newsletters, business updates and of course the Churchill News.

Dates and times for the Market are believed to be correct at the time of publishing (May 2015). Local Markets and Festivals are usually advertised in the local paper, if the dates or times change you should be able to find the amended changes there.

Fancy coming to the inaugural Churchill Market is a new market being held at the Churchill Pub Car Park, Balfour Place, Churchill, 3842. The date : Saturday 16th May 2015. Run through the Churchill Lions.   Who should go to this inaugural Churchill Market? Simply everyone.


Re is there provision for wheel chair access.  Most defiantly.  Also the bus stop is approximately 500 meters away from the main entrance.  A series of the three actual shopping center car parks are just across the road.  The Grounds of the Churchill Community Market has car parking near by.

As The Years Go By Who Then Who Am I?

Anticipation as the years go by is one if the most asked questions of  “who am I?.”  Especially when managing personal change. There are times when behavior changes need to take place with each and every person on earth. Deeply buried and very well hidden foundations of all future subconscious counterproductive actions. How people react to these situations may be traced back from some unknown or remembered event when their minds were open , impressionable and like a totally blank canvas.
